Michelle Morgan

Architectural Design – extensive experience in commercial, institutional and residential design. Worked with clients from initial contact, proposals and contract negotiation through design and construction. Developed master plan studies of existing and new properties. Established methodology and generated office philosophy and mission statement. Coordinated with Marketing to align company message and materials. Formulated plan to align Business Development with organizational values and goals.

Teaching – Developed and taught in community and state programs that develop student interests in architecture and design. Improved leadership by investing more fully in the students’ skill development and project goals. A visiting critic at Governor’s Honors Program noted: “Her approach to teaching and talent for lively investigation and discourse created an unusual and refreshing place, provocative ground for her students, as well as those of us that had the opportunity to teach with her.”
