How to Join the Official Host Committee
As a host committee member, your organization will have the opportunity to meet international business leaders in the environmental industry. You will be able to participate in one-on-one match-making meetings at your offices with targeted business that fit your industry. These meetings will be 30 minutes to one hour with no more than three meetings. As a member of Atlanta’s Host Committee your company would be listed as a member of the Official Host Committee on all appropriate communications including the trade mission website that is linked to partnering organizations.
How to Join as a Trade Mission Sponsor
As a Trade Mission sponsor your logo will appear on all communication materials including
the official Trade Mission website and be linked with all partners
including Atlanta Development Authority and the Metro Atlanta Chamber
of Commerce. Sponsorships levels are as follows, or download the ETM 2010 Sponsorship Package.
ETM International Leadership Sponsor - $10,000
- Title Sponsor of the ETM with recognition throughout all ETM events
- C-level executive participates in all media events during the week of the trade mission.
- Senior management delivers welcoming remarks at Official Luncheon
- Corporate identity on all electronic and printed advertisements, programs, schedules and event notices
- Hot link from ETM website to corporate home page or specified website/page
- Recognition from the Main Stage during group sessions
