International Participant Spotlight: Evolu-Tech
IThe Environmental Trade Mission and Conference 2010 welcomes Evolu-Tech, a recipient of three awards and articles of recognition from the Quebec Office for Energy Efficiency, which is Canada's center of excellence for energy conservation, efficiency and alternative fuels information. Evolu-Tech has been a pioneer in catalytic processing for over 20 years, perfecting its process with multiple USA and international patents. Its products involve green solutions for cooling towers, HVAC systems, and a variety of applications that require treated water to affect efficient and sustainable water usage in commercial buildings. Among its newer products are a system which converts sea water into potable water for boats and cruise ships, and a new and smaller home product that could hit the market in 2011. Evolu-Tech tries to work through distributors but still sells directly to larger corporate customers.
Most of the company’s sales have been in Canada where the company was founded, but Africa has been the sight of much new business. Additionally the company is comfortable doing business in the USA and has targeted the federal, state and municipal US government for its clean technology products. The islands of the Caribbean are also included in the company’s target market.
Sustainability is the main concept on which all Evolu-Tech products are built. Not only environmental sustainability as is the traditional definition, but economic sustainability which allows a one time investment to remove future chemical costs, and also allows financial cost reduction benefits in maintenance, energy and water.
During ETM 2010, Evolu-Tech is eager to meet with building managers, chief financial officers other responsible for wanting to control building energy costs. Also any government officials interested in sustainable growth for the buildings under their control should definitely meet with them.
We thank Evolu-Tech for attending ETM2010. Check out their website here www.evolu-tech.ca.
